The staff's endearing attitude towards my elderly parents made our visit even more special, ensuring they felt welcomed and cared for throughout our stay. It’s rare to find a hotel that combines exceptional service, a tranquil location, and outstanding value, and the Lovina truly delivered on all fronts.
